The Patch 1.6.64 is one of the biggest advance server patch notes that will majorly impact the March 2022 Original Server Update. There are many significant hero adjustments that will affect the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang's battlefield. Here are some of the hero adjustments that are the highlights of this patch.

1. Ling buff

The developers were shifting some of Ling's mobility power to damage to make him more viable in lower play.

[Passive] (~)
Ling no longer has 15% Crit Chance from the start of the game.
New Effect: Ling gains double Crit Chance from all sources.

[Skill 1] (~)
Cooldown: 10s >> 20s
Energy Cost: 35 >> 30
Extra Crit Chance: 5%-17.5% >>5%-15% (10%-30% considering the Passive)

[Skill 2] (↑)
Base Damage: 230-305 >> 300-400

[Ultimate] (↑)
New Effect: When Ling touches a Tempest of Blades, the cooldown of Finch Poise is reduced by 4s.

This looks like another semi-revamp to Ling. The goal this time is to make him more viable in lower play wherein players tend to miss purple buff. Lower play will have Ling for more damage while it will take higher skill mechanic to fully utilize him in higher play.

2. Melissa Buff

Melissa is still a relatively new hero and thus the developers adjusted her. The casting experience of Melissa's Ultimate was optimized while smoothing out her damage spikes against different types of enemies.

[Passive] (~)
Extra Damage: 150% >> 125%
New Effect: Melissa now also deals increased damage to creeps.

[Skill 2] (~)
Damage Transfer: 65% >> 70%
Mana Cost: 50-0 >> 75-0
New Effect: Muddles can now link summoned units.

(The above adjustments are summarized as follows:)
Damage To Linked Heroes: 197.5% >> 187.5%
Damage To Linked Summoned Units: 150% >> 187.5%
Damage To Creeps: 100% >> 125%
Damage To Minions & Unlinked Summoned Units: 150% >> 125%

[Ultimate] (↑)
New Effect: Melissa now gains higher Physical & Magic Defense for the duration.
New Effect: The field will now move with Melissa once, when she touches the boundary.

It seems that a new mechanic for Melissa will come on the original server. Melissa is still has a lot of room for improvement. Players are also still starting to discover tactics for Melissa.

3. Aulus Nerf

The developers pulled out some of Aulus's power early on to make him a "proper" late game hero.

[Attribute] (↓)
Base Physical Attack: 99 >> 90

Aulus became of the top junglers and it is because of his late game damage. It is in an overpowered level after the previous adjustments so this will balance things out. He will be weaker in early game but still the late game beast but now at a more balance level of damage.

4. Lancelot nerf

The developers slightly reduced Lancelot's damage in the early to mid game.

[Skill 2] (↓)
Base Damage: 250-450 >> 225-400

This is another important adjustment for a top jungler. This will open up again the niche for other heroes that will now have similar damage output level with Lancelot.

Those are the important ones and the special mention would be Alpha's buff. The developers were upping the hit rate of Alpha's Ultimate. The skill width was increased and the landing point now better matches the skill indicator. All of these adjustments are considered significant enough to shake up the next original server metagame.
