Valentines 2020 – New Hero Teaser

Embrace of Night, Cecilion! This hero brings another dyanic into the game as it is a lover of a certain champion and will have synergy with that hero when played together! Let's see what this hero bring into the table!

• Bat Impact: The path/destination damage reduced by 10/15 at all levels. The Mana Bonus increased from 3.6%/6% to 4.8%/8%. Improved the experience of the movement speed boost after casting this skill.
• Bats Feast: The number of bats increased from 10 to 40. The slowdown debuff adjusted to 3% per time, lasting for 1s and up to 30%. The total damage stays unchanged.
• Optimized the skill animation of Cecilion's Ultimate.

I. New Heroes & Revamped Heroes

1. Revamped Bright Claw, Natalia

Please note: In Advanced Server, the old version Natalia will be banned, while the revamped Natalia will become a free hero. The skins and mastery code tasks will be temporarily unavailable while the revamped Natalia is under testing.

Skill 3 - [Cold-blooded Strangling]:

Natalia triggers Assassin instinct and enters Stealth, empowering her basic attack. Increases her Physical ATK for several second. This skill can be used again in several seconds.

Adjusted the Basic Attributes and the Skill Effect of other skills accordingly.


II. Weekly Free Heroes & New Skins

1. Odette's skin "Auspicious Charm” will be available from January 22 (Server Time).
Diamond 749. Launch week 30% Diamonds OFF.

2. Karrie's new Skin "Gill-girl” will be available from January 25 (Server Time).
Diamond 899. Launch week 30% Diamonds OFF.

• Karrie and her new Skin "Gill-girl” will be in a bundle and available from January 25 (Server Time).
• Launch week 30% Diamonds OFF.

3. Estes' new Skin "Crow Bishop” will be available from January 29 (Server Time).
Diamond 749. Launch week 30% Diamonds OFF.

• Estes and his new Skin "Crow Bishop” will be offered in a bundle and available from January 29 (Server Time).
• Launch week 30% Diamonds OFF.

Ill. Hero Adjustments

Hanzo
Fixed the issue of his Ultimate in Patch 1.4.46. Now he is available again.


Freya

• From the rest of the last patch, we've found that the hero power and the difficulty are not well balanced. Thus, we've made many further adjustments to her.
• Spirit Contact: Removed the Extra Attack Speed triggered every 8s. Now after casting a skill, Freya will greatly increase her Attack Speed for the next 2 basic attacks. This effect has 6 stacks at most.
• Leap of Faith: Removed variation of the leaping distance. Changed the slowdown effect to stunning effect (the effect scales with the number of the Sacred Orb).
• Power of Einherjar: Now it won't sacrifice all the Sacred Orbs in each cast (the initial cast doesn't cost the orb). Meanwhile, we reduced the casting delay and the CC effect of the 3rd and 4th cast, now you would feel smoother while casting the skill.

Cecilion
Bat Impact: Magic Bonus of the destination damage decreased from 170% to 160%. The short-range damage decreased from 60% to 50% of the destination damage.


Atlas

• Frigid Breath: Physical and Magic Defense increased by 9 at all levels.
• Fatal Links: Slightly decreased the initial length of the chains.
• Perfect Match: In Ejected State, Atlas will get the immunity to slowdown effect. CD decreased by 2s at all levels.

Argus
Optimized the skill animation.


Lesley
Now Lesley will get the Marksman buff after killing the Core Guard (Higher damage but weaker slowdown debuff).


IV. Battlefield Adjustments

Battlefield

1. Core Guard

Soul of Lava: Physical Attack Bonus of Marksman/Mage/Support decreased from 100% to 80%.


2. Turret

• Team Gold for destroying Outer Turret decreased from 100 to 80.
• Team Gold for destroying Inner Turret inccreased from 125 to 150.

V. System Adjustments

1. Squads List: Now the system will recommend the Squads that still have vacancy first.
