Let's begin with a skill review:

Passive: Warmonger

When Argus takes or deal damage, the blade charges Malice Energy. When fully charged, his next basic attack strikes rapidly 3 times, dealing a total of (+260% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage and restoring 90 (+45% Total Physical Attack) HP. He charges forth with the final empowered basic Attack

Skill 1: Demonic Grip
[Blink] [CC]
Cooldown: 15.0 / 14.2 / 13.4 / 12.6 / 11.8 / 11.0

Argus summons forth a demonic hand at the designated direction, dealing 125 / 150 / 175 / 200 / 225 / 250 (+60% Extra Physical Attack) Physical Damage to any enemy hero or creep it hits, stunning them for 1 second and pulling you both toward the other. Only Argus moves to the hand's final destination if no targets are hit.

Use again: Argus makes an extra charge in any direction, dealing 175 / 200 / 225 / 250 / 275 / 300 (+100% Extra Physical Attack) Physical Damage to enemies hit.

This skill can be blocked by Grounded effect.

Skill 2: Meteoric Sword
[AoE] [Speed Up]
Cooldown: 10.0 / 9.6 / 9.2 / 8.8 / 8.4 / 8.0

After a short period of charging, Argus thrusts his demonic blade ahead, dealing 200 / 230 / 260 / 290 / 320 / 350 (+80% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage to enemies hit and slowing them down by 80% for 0.8 seconds.

Upon hitting a hero, the demonic blade also Curses it for 4 seconds. The cursed targets take 35 / 40 / 45 / 50 / 55 / 60 (+10% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage every 0.3 second while moving and leave a curse trail that grans Argus an extra 40% Movement Speed while he moves upon hit.

Ultimate Skill: Eternal Evil
Cooldown: 70.0 / 60.0 / 50.0

Passive: Argus permanently increases his Physical Attack by 10 / 20 / 30.

Argus transforms into a Fallen Angel, clearing himself or debuffs. Meanwhile, he fully recharges his blade once, becoming immune to death and increasing his blade's recharge speed for 5 seconds. When these effects end, Argus gains HP equal to 100% damage dealt to heroes during this period.

When the Eternal Evil status ends, stacks inflicted on Turrets are reset.

The HP conversion accounts all damage dealt by Argus, even to turrets.

This skill can be cast while suppressed, but will not free Argus from the Suppression effect.

Recommended Spell:

Flicker is still recommended to maximize his abilities of chasing down the enemy while having another blink for disengage.

Recommended Emblem: Assassin

Put 3 points to Movement Speed and Physical Pen. Use Killing Spree Talent.

Recommended Items

1. Swift Boots - for more attack speed. More attack speed means more total damage output.

2. Demon Hunter Sword - another attack speed item. This also gives extra damage and lifesteal.

3. Hunter's Strike - Argus is one of the few heroes that can maximize this item. This is his subcore item.

4. Berserker's Fury - Critical damage while having attack speed from other items is a great synergy and will boost Argus' overall damage output.

5. Brute Force Breastplate - This is a suitable defense item for Argus as it increases both physical and magic defense when item passive is triggered.

6. Blade of Despair - a perfect final item to make Argus a dominant hero until the late game.

Miscellaneous Tips and Tricks

1. Prioritize skill 2 over skill 1
2. Recommended lane is Exp lane to unlock ultimate skill quickly.
3. Best allies would be Angela or Estes as a support. A setter tank would also be great as Argus is a secondary engager.
4. Be aware of his counters like Baxia or even Natalia.
5. Don't engage in teamfights of ultimate skill is still unavailable.

Those are recommended preparations and info that a player might want to know before using the revamped Argus. Be sure to try Argus first in Classic Mode before using him in your Ranked Games.
