Silvanna's skill can mark the enemy hit. Each mark reduces the target's Physical and Magic Defense by 3-6. Lasts for 5 seconds. A target can carry up to 5 marks. When amount of marks reaches the limit, Silvanna's skill can deal 30% Extra Damageto the target.

There is no best skill combo since it depends on situation and decision. Example of depending in situation is if Flameshot is available. Example of Decision is whether to use your skill 1 to avoid further escape or to stun the enemy to hold it using your skill 2 longer.
First Combo: Ult > Flameshot > Skill 2 > Basic Attacks > Skill 1
Because of the Silvanna Flameshot Trick, you can freely use skill 2 outright to deal more damage. Then use Basic Attacks. Then use skill 1 to chase and finish the target.
Second Combo: Ult > Skill 1 > Skill 2 > Basic Attacks
Since the enemy can still run around the area, you can stun the target first before using skill 2.
Third Combo: Skill 1 > Ult > Flameshot > Skill 2
Especially if you are not coming from the bush, enemy might anticipate you using ultimate skill and that might cause you to miss your ultimate skill. To avoid this, you can stun the target first with skill 1 then rapidly follow up with the ult plus flameshot combo. Then finish it up with skill 2. You may still add basic attacks if the enemy is still within your reach to kill it.
Fourth Combo: Skill 1 > Skill 2 > Basic Attacks and Skill 1 second phase depending on situation.
Use the second phase of skill 1 to chase if the enemy also blink away to finish it with your basic attacks.

Ultimate Skill: Imperial Justice

- Silvanna leaps toward an area, dealing 350 / 500 / 650 (+110% Total Magic Power) Magic Damage to enemies in the area of effect and slowing them down by 40% for 1.5 seconds. Meanwhile, Silvanna creates a Circle of Light, in which the enemy that is closest to the center will be restrained from escaping for the next 3.5 seconds.
- If Silvanna is in the Circle, she will get extra 100% Attack Speed and 100% Magic Lifesteal.

- Using Flameshot after using ultimate skill to a target will trigger a bug that will disable the target.
- Use skill 2 to clear waves.
- Use skill 1 in securing or stealing jungle monsters especially the gold crab.
- Be careful in doing the lane cut tactic. Especially if you unlocked skill 2 first, you will less likely escape if the enemies ambushed you.
- Prioritize leveling Skill 2 over Skill 1
- Once you've unlocked your ultimate skill, maximize your ability by doing pick-offs or ambushing solo-hero defended lanes.
- Buy wooden mask especially if you noticed that you have the lowest gold in your team. You can also buy it early game depending on what your teammates planned.
