Mobile Legends Speedy Version Issues

Notice on Issues of Version Update! Dear player, Since the launch of the Speedy Version, some players might have encountered some problems, such as lag issue, account loss, unable to claim the reward of Avatar Border, unable to load into the battlefield or unable to launch the game.

We have attached great importance to these issues and recent feedback. Now we've found the causes of these problems and we're urgently fixing these issues. We will inform you as soon as possible once these problems are fixed. Also, we'll send gifts as a token of apologies later.



Here're the current progress of issue fixing:

1. Lag Issue: We've found the cause of it and we're urgently fixing it. We'll restore the Credit Scores for players who encountered this issue and send Magic Wheel Potion S x1 and Zodiac Token x1 to them as compensation.

2. Account Loss:
  • If you have connected your account to MOONTON account of any other platforms Google Play Games/Game Center/ Facebook/ VK, please tap your Avatar -> "Account" -> Switch account and log in via those platforms.
  • If you have generated a TP account, please tap your avatar -> "Account" -> "Temporary Account" -> "Log in TP Account" to switch to your original account.
  • If you haven't connected your account to any platforms, please go to the Home Screen and tap the BLUE Customer Service icon on the top left corner, then tap "Account Problem" -> "Retrieve Account" -> “Forget platform accounts you bound before" -> "Forget platform accounts". Please fill out the form with your details so that we can help you to retrieve your account as soon as possible.

3. Unable to Claim the Reward of Avatar Border: Please download all additional resources to claim it.

4. Game Crashed, Unable to Load into Battlefield, Lag Issue, Encountered Blank Screen: We've found the causes of these issues occurred and we're urgently fixing them. We will inform you as soon as possible once these problems are fixed.

5. Some players might be stuck at Loading Screen the first time they launch the Speedy Version. This is because the client is extracting assets, please wait patiently. This problem only occurs the first time you launch the new version.

To show our apology, we'll send a mail with Rare Hero Fragments x10 and Rare Skin Fragments x10 to all players on Aug 28, 2019, at 7:00:00 (Server Time). Additionally, we'll open an extra round of Collection Event where you can get Rare Hero Fragments x10 and Rare Skin Fragments x10 by logging in on Weekends.

Since the launch of the Speedy Version, we've received massive feedback from you via various platforms. We have attached great importance to every word we got, from which, we could understand the issues that matter to you. We have been addressing these issues ever since and MOONTON Studio has been wide awake for countless nights. We're deeply sorry for any inconvenience caused by the update.

It's 3 years since Mobile Legends: Bang Bang came to the world and started the journey with you. And, on the 27th of August 2019, the Speedy Version was launched. However, the upgrading of the game engine was accompanied by a variety of challenges. This upgrade could not only bring about tremendous improvement to the loading speed, but also lay the foundation for further enhancement on network, graphics, and UI. Only with the upgraded game engine, could we create the MLBB 2.0 in the future, and bring a smoother, greater game experience to you all. We hope to make MLBB better in the future, starting with the Speedy Version.

We've kept on fixing these issues these days, and here is the current progress of issue fixing:

1. We've fixed the issue where players couldn't load into the battlefield for some devices. For players who encountered this issue, please follow the steps below:

Android Users: Please launch the game, the client will update automatically for fixing this issue.

iOS Users: Please download our latest package from App Store and install over your previous version directly. (DO NOT uninstall the game first, otherwise you may lose your account.) We'll keep fixing this problem. If the steps above couldn't fix this issue for you, please contact us via the link at the end of this letter.

2. We've fixed the issue that may lead to a Blank Screen after entering the battlefield.
3. We've fixed the display issue of some visual effects.
4. We've fixed the issue that may lead to the game being stuck at the post-game screen.

We've kept on fixing issues, such as being unable to load into the battlefield, lagging and game crash issues. We'll restore the Credit Scores to 100 points for players who encountered these issues and send Magic Wheel Potion x1 and Zodiac Token x1 to them as compensation.

You may still encounter problems of Lag and Game Crash. We ask that you wait patiently as we're urgently fixing them.

You are advised not to uninstall the current version on your smartphone before updating to the Speedy Version as this might cause you to lose your account data. Please download the latest package from the store and directly install over your previous version. .

If you lost your account after updating to the new version, please following the steps below to retrieve your account:
  • If you have connected your account to MOONTON account or any other platforms, such as Google Play Games/Game Center/ Facebook/ VK, please tap your Avatar -> "Account" -> Switch account and log in via those platforms. - If you have generated a TP account, please tap your avatar -> "Account" -> "Temporary Account" -> "Log in TP Account" to switch to your original account.
  • If you haven't connected your account to any platforms, please go to the Home Screen and tap the Customer Service button on the top left corner, then tap "Account Problem" -> "Retrieve Account" -> “Switched to another MLBB account" -> "Switched to another ML account". Please fill out the form with your details so that we can help you to retrieve your account as soon as possible.

If you encounter any problems while playing MLBB, please go to the Home Screen and tap the Customer Service button on the top left corner, fill out the form and we'll help you to solve the issue you met.
