First, ‘Co-op Raid’ system, which 4 players try to Raid as a team, was added. Also, ‘Soul Gear’ was updated as a whole new equipment system. Mercenaries can equip the ‘Soul Gear’ to enhance their basic stats. ‘Soul Gear’ can be collected by completing the ‘Co-op Raid’ and summoned in in-game shop. Players can receive additional items until Oct 4th if they participate in ‘Co-op Raid’ more than 2 times per day.
Main characters and ★5 Mercenary character voices were newly added. Players can now hear the voice of the Mercenaries through the ‘Main Lobby’ or ‘Book’. Character voices are only available in Japanese, and many famous Japanese voice actors have participated.
Furthermore, new Mercenaries were added. 6 New Mercenaries are: ★5 Warrior ‘Dwen’, ★4 Defender ‘Denarisa’, ★3 Supporter ‘Hyeon Wol’, ★3 Warrior ‘Blaze’, ★3 Warrior ‘Marron’, and ★3 Warrior ‘Lydia’. Additionally, 11 Mercenaries were renewed with multiple skill changes. Chance-Up event, where the recruiting probability of 10 Mercenaries increases, is held.
A new costume ‘Office worker Arkan’ was released and is available for purchase. Furthermore, various new systems such as Daily Missions and Free Recruit system were updated.
Along with the update, bountiful events celebrating the 200 days of official Global Service is held. ‘200 Days Party Event’ has opened (Sep 13th - Oct 4th), where players can obtain valuable items such as ‘★5 Skill Book’ and ‘Diamond’ while playing the game. Promotions such as Mercenary EXP x2 and Rune Enchant cost discount will be provided in or during the same time period. ‘Piece Mission Event’ will be held to get a ★4 Denarisa by collecting its pieces while playing the game until September 27th.

■ Battle Strategy
‘Brown Dust’ is a Turn-Based form of RPG where battle strategy plays an important role in winning.
The battle takes place in 3 x 6 map, regularly in 9 vs. 9 format. The main goal is to win the battle by strategically placing and putting the Mercenaries in order, considering the skills, attack range, effects, and order of the enemies. In order to win, players need to analyze the enemy’s attack and defense strategy, and to prepare for an enemy’s attack considering the space and Mercenaries players have. The complexity and the uniqueness of ‘Brown Dust’ really intrigues the players to enjoy the game.
■ Mercenary(Character)
There are more than 300 mercenaries in ‘Brown Dust’, and they are divided into four types: Warrior, Defender, Supporter, and Magician. Players can have fun leveling up, enhancing, and awakening Mercenaries to make them more powerful. Some Mercenaries become more powerful with a Set Effect, so players can enjoy and delight in collecting different Mercenaries for a Set Effect.

There is a ‘Campaign’ mode where players can enjoy the main story in 800 stages, an ‘Arena’ where players can challenge other players, and a ‘Challenge’ mode where players can collect necessary items for growth. In ‘Arena’ mode, players will be matched automatically with players of similar stats.
