Monster Hunter Rise to have its PC version in 2022

Capcom's new title Monster Hunter Rise that is an exclusive for Nintendo Switch will have its PC release in 2022.

Rumors of a PC release of Monster Hunter Rise have been circulating and as it turns out, it was true, though there aren't any updates yet about the development of its PC version.

It also seems that it will be a year after the launch of the Nintendo Switch version of the game that is scheduled to launch on March 26, 2021, that the PC version will be released. Monster Hunter Rise will feature a totally new location and a bunch of new monsters.

In the interview with Famitsu, other than news of the PC version of Monster Hunter Rise and a bit of information about the game, Producer Tsujimoto mentioned that because of the strong requests from international players that it was decided that a PC version of the game be developed.

It is not a surprise since Monster Hunter: World and Monster Hunter World: Iceborne were huge successes and this is because of the game being available on different platforms including PC with Monster Hunter: World now being the most profitable title of Capcom.
