The Mobile Legends Professional League - Philippines (MPL-PH) is about to wrap up as after six weeks, the teams that will make the playoffs are starting to be determined. The Week 6 of the Regular Season is the second round of match-ups that happened in Week 2. Here are the results for the sixth week of the regular season.
The week started with the rematch of the previous season's Upper bracket Finals between RSG Philippines and TNC. RSG PH won again this series but this time it's 2-1 as TNC avoided getting swept again. RSG PH now has 17 points in the standings.
The day 1 ended with the match between ECHO and Bren Esports. ECHO won again with another 2-0 sweep as they dominated against Bren Esports in this regular season. Both of these also had games in Day 2.
The second day started with ONIC PH VS. Nexplay EVOS (NXPE) series. The rookie-laden ONIC PH managed to win this series, 2-0, to rise up in the standings. This was the only series of NXPE for the week and ended the week as the current 7th placer in the standings.
Meanwhile, Omega cannot stop the winning momentum of ECHO wherein this match-up ended with a series score of 2-0. ECHO managed to get their revenge after losing to them in Week 2 and further climbed the standings. This ends the series matches of ECHO for this week to secure them the Top 2 spot for Week 6 Standings with 20 points.
Bren faced Blacklist International to end Day 2. Blacklist International lost this time, 2-1 victory for Bren Esports. BLCK finished the week with 19 points while Bren got the Top 6 spot with 16 points.
Day 3 opened with a great series as ONIC PH swept RSG PH again, 2-0, to defeat the defending champions. RSG PH remained at a safe spot in the standings as current 4th placer. ONIC PH managed to surpass the current points of ECHO and BLCK and thus, they are the current first seed and is playoffs-secured.
Omega ended this week with a 2-1 win against TNC. TNC is still yet to climb up again after 6 weeks of regular season action. They have 8 points tied with NXPE at the bottom two of the standings.
