Only 6 teams are left to play for the Playoffs of MPL-PH Season 8. Two teams are already waiting for the next round while the other four teams have to fight for their tournament lives. Here is the full schedule for the playoffs.
The MPL-PH S8 playoffs will start this October 21, 2021 with two series. The first series will be NXPE Vs. RSG, 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time. The match 2 for the first day is the ECHO Vs. OMG series, 6:00 PM.
The playoffs will be done in 4 days and Day 2 will start with ONIC Vs. The winner of NXPE and RSG series. BLCK will then face the winner of ECHO and OMG series.
The winner in Day 2 will battle in Day 3 for the first slot for the Grand Finals. The others will fall in the lower bracket. The two teams in the lower bracket will battle and the winner will be the one that will battle the winner of the upper bracket finals in Day 4.
Day 4 will start at 2:00 PM Philippine Standard Time with the lower brackets finals as the winner will face the winner of the upper bracket finals for the Grand Finals.
All series will be best-of-5 except for the Grand Finals that will be best-of-7. The winner of the Grand Finals will be the Champion and will represent the Philippines in some of the upcoming international ML:BB tournaments.
