Hello po sorry for the inconvenience this is Rei#8813 from PG kindly asking po na is it bannable na yung name ng emoji is spg but yung appearance is hindi naman po inappropriate or spg theme, also i can send a pic of the emoji i used as a proof, and i admitted that it's my fault that i didnt notice the name of the emoji is spg, i hope you can lift my ban i will be careful next time.

1. You already know that emoji is already an spg. You will be muted + warn upon doing that. The rules are very clear.
2. Yes, you can send it.
3. We didn't ban your account. It's you who left the server.
4. You only have 3 rejoins and having 3 warnings/muted may lead you to lifetime ban.

I've checked the logs and you've been ban for 1 day starting last wednesday and after that you join pg again with a smurf by avoiding the 1 day ban which is against the rules.

4. Smurfing to bypass mutes/bans on other accounts.

6. Having 3 warnings/muted.

After the 1 day ban, and you keep getting multiple infractions and you keep creating smurfs. Upon doing that, we cannot revoke the ban.

I admit im using smurf account to dm the mods for asking a question because i can't dm them.

1. After a warning i should be muted right, but they 1 day ban me instead of being muted

2. So does that mean po na hindi ako magkakaroon ng one last chance ?

We have this rule in the past that if you received multiple infractions you will be banned for 1 day. We have dyno to check the warnings of the members. It will renew every three months so as long as the warning is there, its still counted.

After the 1 day ban and you keep doing ban worthy actions. We've already give you one more chance and that's the one day ban and after you comeback, you didn't learn. No revoke this time and sorry.
