PortForwarding should help you with your NAT problems... unless you're using Globe (lol) details below:
PLDT Subscribers:
Old subscribers with the old modem (wala pa kasma Wifi router) no issue with PortForwarding.
New subscribers with the new modem(white modem/wifi-router combo) should either:
ISP issue..no user end solution (UPDATE: USE OF VPN WORKS LIKE HOTSPOT SHIELD)
Sky broadband Subscribers:
Should be able to portforward normally (isang beses plng ako nag portforward on Sky and it was successful)
PortForwarding Guide for Warframe:

- Bridge to another Router (Linksys, CDR-King etc.) then Portforward
- Use a VPN like a Hotspot shield
- "Instead, 1:1 NAT (NAT forwarding sa Prolink DSL router ng PLDT) ang ginamit ko, Enter nyo lang yung public IP address ng router then forward nyo sa local IP ng machine mo. Gagana sya, tanggal ang listening port problems tsaka strict nat issues."
