Need for Speed Mobile Gameplay has been leaked

Need for Speed Mobile may be coming soon. The famous racing video game franchise is supposed to unveil a new title this year for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series S/X, and while Criterion Games is working on the upcoming title, which is said to deliver astounding visual leaps. Alleged footage of a new Need for Speed mobile game has been spotted online.

The gameplay footage for the next Need for Speed Mobile game has leaked ahead of an official announcement. The obtained video appears to show three high-end cars racing around a large open-world map with races in both day and night settings.

According to the redditor leaker, this game currently has three cars: the McLaren F1, the Lamborghini Aventador SVJR, and the Gallardo. Unreal Engine 4 is used to create the game, and recruitment information has previously leaked. The gameplay is similar to NFS EDGE, with some drift boost effects. The map is from NFS Heat, but some details have been changed. There are currently no story and no cops. Although, these are all according to the 45 second leaked video. There are still no official announcement from the game's developers.


This year, the Need for Speed franchise is already preparing for a new Criterion-developed entry. This will be the first NFS game to hit major platforms since 2019's Need for Speed Heat, which will be released later this year on next-generation consoles and PC. Details on this entry are also scarce, but there is speculation that it will not be released on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One and will contain anime elements.
