New vivo Y200i features Snapdragon 4 Gen 2, 50MP camera, and 120Hz screen

After the launch of Y200 and Y200e, vivo announced the third member to the lineup called Y200i.


Powered by Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC, the device also features a 6.72" 120Hz FullHD+ LCD of 1,000 nits peak brightness. It uses Android 14-based OriginOS 4 to run and it also has up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 512GB of UFS 2.2 storage.

The device also comes with a 6,000 mAh battery with 44W charging support. At the back, there are three cameras: 50MP primary, 2MP depth, and 8MP selfie.

Aside from the ones mentioned above, the vivo Y200i also includes a 3.5mm headphone jack, USB-C, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and stereo speakers. It also has 5G connectivity and an IP64 rating.

In addition to the blue variant, interested users can also choose either a black or white variant. Each has three memory options - 8GB/256GB priced at CNY1,599 (PHP12,673.86), 12GB/256GB priced at CNY1,799 (PHP14,259.08), and 12GB/512GB priced at CNY1,999 (PHP15,844.30). Currently, the device will only be released in China on April 27. Unfortunately, it has yet been confirmed whether it will also become available in other markets.
