A few weeks ago, version 9.0.0-20U brought forth various updates, the most notable of which are the HOME menu themes and the ability to take screenshots of the HOME screen.
This update does not offer as many changes, but Nintendo says, "further improvements to overall system stability and other minor adjustments have been made to enhance the user experience." If your console is not set to download system updates automatically, you can head over to 3DS Settings > Other Settings > System Update to check if the update is already available for you.
