We're over the moon that Abe and his Mudokon brethren are coming back to gaming. The Oddworld games back on the original Playstation are two of the most unique and memorable games on the system, mixing excellent platforming and puzzle solving with plenty of laughs. How many other games allow you to make your character fart with one push of a button? Not many, we say.
Oddworld New N' Tasty is only the first Oddworld game, Abe's Oddysee, but we're pretty confident that Abe's Exoddus will also get the HD treatment should New and Tasty perform well. We certainly hope so, as we'd love sustained success of HD remakes to turn into a possible brand new Oddworld experience, as it's a franchise well worth re-acquainting ourselves with.
