Good day. I would like to request that my suspension to be lifted. The suspension was regarding my post was about violating the Promotions / Giveaways rule. The post is not about a promo or giveaway. It is about free software that people can use to backup their personal and game save files. This is the same reason that I am using the software and advise others to create backups of their files. Good day. This is a follow up to my request of unsuspending my account. I was given the response "Suspensions are time-limited and will lift on x amount of days". That response does not explain why I was suspended since my post was not about a promotion or giveaway. It is free software that gamers can use to backup their personal files and gave saves.
