Pearl Abyss Introduces AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution to Increase Framerates in Black Desert SEA

Pearl Abyss announced today that it has introduced AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR) technology to Black Desert SEA. Users across the world will experience a new gameplay environment that now offers numerous technical improvements.

AMD FSR is the latest upscaling technology that was unveiled at Computex 2021. When used, AMD FSR increases framerates by up to 2.4 times the basic performance without upgrading the graphics card.

Users who use hardware products other than AMD's graphics hardware can also benefit from the technology with Black Desert SEA now offering a more convenient and optimized gaming environment. Pearl Abyss plans to introduce a variety of new technologies in addition to AMD FSR to continue to provide high-quality games.

With AMD FSR, Black Desert's quality high-resolution environment remains as much as possible even at high framerates>

In the meantime, a number of in-game events are taking place in Black Desert SEA. Drop rates for Bosses will be doubled and a special Hot Time event will be held that will offer extra Skill and Combat EXP until September 8.
