Instead of flaming your team, why don't you just try to carry them silently?
Flaming others gets them more irritated and distracted while playing the game. Some even might throw bcz of their teammate's attitude.
They are in their league for a reason(well some might be boosted), maybe they're just tilted or their opponent is just stronger.
Early game: It is better to focus on your CS and warding map.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Top: If your opponent is aggresive that you can't counter, try to Tower hug or have your Farmer/Jungler gank you.
Jungler: If you know one of your laner is tilted, try to gank them more often. If you can solo dr then go for it.
Mid: Be aware of your map, help the jungler gank the tilted teammate.
ADC: Focus on your CS and if you can poke your opponent. I recommend to damage your enemy turret if you can and from a safe distance.
Support: Warding the River and bushes, while your adc is focusing on their CS. You should focus on the enemy jungler and the enemy support, be aware of the map and ping your teammates if you spotted the enemy jungler. Always be ready to your ADC alive especially if the enemy support is a CC type.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Midgame: Warding and Dewarding the Objectives is a must. (Red/Blue buffs, Dragon and Baron).
Do not engage in a clash if you know you are outnumbered and can't win against the enemy. If the enemy starts a fight, keep your APC/ADC alive while the APC/ADC deals damage to the enemy to keep them from advancing to much. If you started the clash, Aim for the Opponents Carry (whoever deals more damage, this includes all lane)
If you still lose the game it just reminds you that there are better opponents out there and you should try to improve yourself.
Always remember that a silent but effective team is always better that toxic trash flamers.
Just enjoy the game!
