Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Pokémon Shining Pearl Details

First released in 2006, Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Pokémon Shining Pearl will have a fresh start on Nintendo Switch this coming November.

Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Pokémon Shining Pearl were reproduced and remade for the new generation console, Nintendo Switch. It still follows closely the main storyline of the 2006 Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Pokémon Shining Pearl as well as its features.

Trainers will be going to Sinnoh Region where they’ll meet Professor Rowan. While there, Trainers will also battle Team Galactic and explore the Grand Underground. Formerly known as Pokémon Super Contest, it will be back with a new name Super Contest Show where players can socialize with other players around the world in the Union Room. Players can also personalize their gameplay experience by using the Capsule Decoration.



Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Pokémon Shining Pearl will be compatible with Pokémon HOME by 2022. Moreover, there will be a special edition Nintendo Switch Lite Dialga and Palkia Edition that will be released on November 5, before the launch of Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Pokémon Shining Pearl on November 19, worldwide. An added bonus for the commemoration of the launching of these titles is that the special edition Nintendo Switches will have design on the back featuring a silver-colored Dialga and a gold-colored Palkia.
