Pokémon Sleep is an app that will assist trainers in getting a good night’s sleep. It will take place on a small island and players will work with Professor Neroli and Snorlax to study the sleep styles of Pokémon.

Place your smartphone on your pillow when going to sleep so that the data analysis will start. It will record, measure and categorize your sleep cycle once you start resting. Sleeping longer will allow you to obtain higher scores and it will increase the amount of Pokémon that will appear around Snorlax.

Sleeping is categorized into three main categories, which are dozing, snoozing and slumbering. Pokémons who sleep in similar ways will be more likely to appear. Discover more in rarer styles as you go on the journey.

Add to that, a Pokémon GO Plus + device has been created to aid this process. It will use Bluetooth Low Energy technology to link with Pokémon Sleep for data capture. A Pikachu that is within the device can sing lullabies and act as an alarm.

It will grow friendlier overtime and it will also unlock new sounds as the time goes by. Aside from that, it’s compatible with Pokémon GO as it offers automatic functions like catching Pokémon and spin PokéStops similar to the original Pokémon GO Plus.

Interested users can look forward to Pokémon Sleep as it will be released this summer via iOS and Android devices. The Pokémon GO Plus + device will also be available this coming July 14.
