Problems of Vpn players outside of ph

Hello fellows summoners Im from Mongolia but i play in PH server using vpn but i cant login since Volibear update im getting that sh itty maintenance error 4 days Im tried to solve that tried everything on internet but still dont works .Far as i know this problem happening to players outside of ph.. If u guys found any solutions share ur insight pl

Which VPN do you use? Have you tried another? Did you try making your own server on a VPS?
