hi this was an issue back in ps3 i think its related to your credit card, may i know what region your psn and what country is your credit card thanks!

I'm in region 3, credit card is definitely in philippines but theres a new problem now that I'm facing WS-37397-9 we cant log in anymore in PSN

hi just to clarify my question what region is your psn account? is it Singapore or US? unfortunately there is no Philippines region so in order for you to make a purchase you need a credit card in either country (SG or US).

The other solution would be to buy prepaid credits in datablitz, this worked for my case and some of my friends.

hmmm works for me in ps3 but theres a new problem that I encounter I can't log in the psn it says WS-37397-9. Naka log in ako 3 days ago pero ngayon hindi na prang na sayang lahat pera ko pag bili ng ps4 tried everything na kita ko sa mga ibang forum but to no avail
