PUBG Mobile Lite rolls out 0.20.1 update

Due to the high demand for lower-end devices, Tencent finally updated their Lite version of PUBG Mobile. Devices with lower specifications can now enjoy the vast fields of Varenga, also known as Erangel, and the grassy fields of Golden Woods which is known as Sanhok on the full version.

The update is composed of bug fixes and visual improvements. A new part of a map that is called Winter Castle is also added. Where you can access the Castle by swimming across from the mainland to the spawn island almost mimicking the famous snowy terrain of Vikendi on the full version.

The Universal Mark feature is also a part of the new update. It lets players mark locations and supplies.


The in-game shop now offers Graffiti and Smoke-trail. A Frozen Egg, which is a new throwable item allows players to create structures to provide them cover.

The game is available only for Android players’ Google Play Store. Users who already have the 0.20.0 version of PUBG Mobile Lite installed on their device can directly download the update in-game.
