Edit: Found a workaround to play with for the mean time. Thanks for all those that commented and helped
Edit: Hot fix that I use:
Step 1: Download Hotspot Shield @ https://www.hotspotshield.com/
Step 2: Launch pubg tapos antayin di makapasok sa lobby
Step 3: Start the Hotspot shield free vpn at ireload yung Ui ng pubg
Step 4: Iclick yung cancel bago mag connect sa lobby
Step 5: Idisconnect yung hotspot shield sa desktop and wait atleast 30 seconds
Step 6: Click the reconnect button
Step 7: Enjoy 1 round of pubg
Step 8: Repeat steps 1-7 every after game.
