Question about PSN Accounts PS4

Hello po!

I just want to ask kung okay ba sa PS4 gumamit ng dalawang mag kaibang PSN account na mag kaiba din ang region? I have PSN with Region 1 kasi eh and I would like to redeem some of my games vouchers na nasa Region 3, pwede ba un mag create ako ng new PSN with Region 3 then redeem ko ung code para mapunta sa PS4 ko po?

The games purchased and redeemed on the specific region will be playable on any region however future dlc wont. In my experience this what happened i bought a Destiny game from US region but i cant buy the dlc since my psn account is SG region so i had to create new US region account to add dlc.
