Ragnarok M Lag Issues

Ever since the War of Crystal update i have been experience lag, chat delays, party problems and more. Is anyone experiencing this on Ragnarok M Eternal Love? So far here are the official response.

Dear adventurers,

We have investigated the ongoing issues in the game, and we will try to fix them in the future patch update. The following issues stats:

1. Lag issue when entering Guild Hall or opening Guild panel. (On-Going)
2. Lag issue during War of Emperium and War of Crystal, such as losing guild info during WoE (This will be fixed on Thursday Patch)
3. Guild Wars loots issue (On-Going)
4. Guild chat and World chat issue (Will be fixed on Thursday Patch)
5. Random Crash issue with iOS devices (We are collecting the information regarding the device and network provider)

Thanks for all the adventurers' support as always, we will try to make Ragnarok M better again.

Dear adventurers,

We have scheduled server maintenance on 31st July, from 04:00 to 09:00 (GMT+7), to process a new update patch for both "Eternal Love" and "Midnight Party" servers. During the maintenance, players will not be able to log into the game. After the maintenance, we will send 5x "Adventurer Coins", 5x "Hot Meal", and 200x "Honor Proof"(for main server) 5x "Lightning Chain"(for new server) as compensation rewards. We apologize for this inconvenience.

The update is as follows:
1. To fix the lag issue during Guild Wars
2. To fix the issue with World chat and Guild chat
3. To fix the issue with Mail System

with all this fixes i still experience the problems

Try to install GLTOOLS on your phones from apss store,then you have to login first to your ROM account, after that close the rom apps, then you may choose the GL TOOLs apps, select Ragnarok mobile apps then, there are manu uncheck/check box, it's the first box you choose. Then close again the gltools apss, done. You ready to play way smoother. You have to reset the check box whenever you're login in different accounts
