Tournament Rule：
1. The Tournament is only for "Eternal Love" server characters
2. After successfully registered, team leaders and members will have to join the Tournament Discord server. Your discord nicknames have to be in the format of [Team name] Character name; for team leader's discord name format [Team name Leader] Character name (E.g. [ROM Leader]Knight, [ROM]Hunter). We will have moderators manage this discord server and confirm each members' information.
3. Team Leaders need to send all 5 members' character info in the discord confirmation channel, our moderators will confirm for you.
4. Before the tournament, all participants need to return the Artifact equipment back to guild. Artifact equipments are not allowed during the tournament. If we find out anyone who doesn't return their artifact equipments, we will disqualify the whole team.
5. All the tournament participants need to set the Character info to "Public" in Setting. Anyone who are not set to public will be seen as intentionally hiding and will be disqualified from the tournament.
6. After we have arranged the matchmaking, we will publish the match-up information in the Discord server. Team leaders need to create their party to challenge the chosen opponent.
7. Team leaders need to screenshot the score screen and the date & time of that screenshot image file and sent it to the Discord matchup channel. It is also required to record the whole matchup and properly saved by each team in case we need a secondary source to confirm the result. If any team cannot provide any of the required screenshot or screen recording video will be disqualified.
8. one Account can only participate one team.
9. Online Tournament Round 1: 128 teams knockout 64 teams; Online Tournament Round 2: 64 teams knockout 32 teams; Offline Final Tournament: 32 teams knockout 16 teams; 16 teams knockout 8 teams.
10. If there are more than 128 teams registered, we will only take 128 teams with the highest average Base level.
11. All matchup will be Best Of One (BO1).
Tournament Notice:
1. Each Account can only sign-up once. Anyone who violate the rules will be disqualified.
2. All five team members need to be different classes.
3. All the participants who are registered must attend the matchup. Any absence will be considered as dropping out.
4. There is a 15-minute cooldown before next registration after you have canceled.
5. After the Registration ends, we will randomly arrange the matchmaking for all the participants.
6. All the team roster will be published on 2019/12/27 via FB and Discord
7. Any absence and leaving during the matchup will be considered dropping out.
8. If there is any tie matchup, both team leaders need to provide screenshot and confirm in the dircord channel. We will re-arrange another match.
9. Only mobile devices are allowed for this tournament, using any Emulator is against the rules. If we find out, the team will be disqualified
10. Any internet issues happening during the matchup will be considered as personal responsibility.
11. The team leaders need to sent the screenshot of matchup result with the correct image file date&time to the discord channel "#match-result" for us to confirm. The screen recording for the whole matchup will be asked if needed.
12. We have scheduled the Lan Party and offline Tournament on Jan. 12th 2020 in Bangkok. All the participants need to take care of their own traffic expenses. Any absence will be considered as dropping off.
13. X.D. Global reserves the right of final interpretation and the right to cancel, delay, and terminate this event when the situation is needed. If we have any further information regarding changing on date, place, or rewards, we will announce it on the official Facebook Page. Please pay attention to our future announcement.

Notice:
