2. Redeem Gift Code

To redeem this gift code, you can simply go to our website: https://www.ragnaroketernallove.com/jana and then make sure to enter your correct numerical character id & gift code. The items will be sent in-game through mail system.
3.Black Screen & Error
Thanks to the passionate adventurers, there are too many players in the game. So the server may take some time to load. Make sure to re-open the game when you stuck on the black screen.
4. The game client taking too much space
Before you download ROM, please make sure you have at least 5G storage space free for downloading the client. If you do not have that much space, you can also try emulator to play the game on PC device.
