Ragnarok M Sniper Hybrid Build Decision

I'm really confuse on what build and skill should I go for.

I'm currently level 74 and I am planning to build a hybrid FA Blitzer and a high critical attack.

Here's my current build:

Agi 70
Dex 44
Luk 30

What should be the highest?

Can anyone help me?
