Realme Narzo 70 and Narzo 70X will feature 120hz screen and 50 MP camera

Yesterday, Realme revealed the Narzo 70 and Narzo 70x, two additional smartphones in addition to the P1 and P1 Pro that were announced last week. Let's take a closer at the specs of these upcoming smartphones.

Realme Narzo 70​

The Dimensity 7050 SoC powers the Realme Narzo 70, which comes equipped with 128GB of internal storage and up to 8GB of RAM. It comes pre-installed with Realme UI 5.0, which is based on Android 14, and Realme has guaranteed three years of security updates and two years of Android OS upgrades. Its main components include a 6.67" FullHD+ 120Hz AMOLED screen with a peak brightness of 1,200 nits, Rainwater Smart Touch technology, and a fingerprint scanner for biometric identification located underneath.

The 50MP primary camera and 2MP depth unit are located on a circular camera island on the back of the device, with a punch-hole in the center for the 16MP selfie camera. A 5,000 mAh battery that can draw up to 45W over a USB-C connector powers the entire device. It claims to move from 50% to 100% in 27 minutes and from flat to 50% to 100% in 61 minutes. Reverse wired charging is also supported by the smartphone.

Highlights of the Realme Narzo 70 also include twin stereo speakers, IP54 certification, 3.5mm headphone socket, Hi-Res Audio, and 5G compatibility. Additionally, Mini Capsule 2.0 is included.

The Realme Narzo 70 is available in Ice Blue and Olive Green, priced at INR15,999 (PHP11,000) and INR16,999 (PHP 11,789), respectively, and offers two memory options: 6GB/128GB and 8GB/128GB. Beginning on April 25, Realme's official Indian website and Amazon.in will sell the smartphone in India.

Realme Narzo 70X​

Rebranded from the Realme 12x, which is currently available in India, the Realme Narzo 70X sports slightly different colors, designs, and memory options. Three memory options are available for the Indian Realme 12x: 4GB/128GB, 6GB/128GB, and 8GB/128GB. The device is available in Twilight Purple and Woodland Green. In contrast, the Realme Narzo 70x comes with two memory configurations: 4GB/128GB and 6GB/128GB, and it is available in Ice Blue and Forest Green.

In terms of features and specifications, you get the 6.72" FullHD+ 120Hz LCD, Realme UI 5.0, Dimensity 6100+ SoC, 5,000 mAh battery with 45W charging capability, and the Realme Narzo 70x. Along with three cameras (50MP primary, 2MP depth, and 8MP selfie), stereo speakers, and 5G connection, the Narzo 70x also sports a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

Realme's 4GB/128GB variant costs INR11,999 (PHP 8,323), while the 6GB/128GB model costs INR13,499 (PHP 9,364). The Realme Narzo 70x will go on sale in India on April 29 via Realme's official website and Amazon.in. An early bird sale is planned for today at 6 PM local time.
