Redmi K70 Pro Automobili Lamborghini Squadra Corse Edition features 1TB of storage and 24GB RAM

The Redmi K70e, K70, and K70 Pro smartphone series were recently unveiled during the Redmi event last week in China. Additionally, a special edition of the most expensive of them all was also produced. Redmi collaborated with Lamborghini's racing division to produce the Redmi K70 Pro Automobili Lamborghini Squadra Corse Edition in honor of the company's tenth anniversary in the smartphone industry.

There are three key differences between this high-end model and the standard Redmi K70 Pro, with the design being the most noticeable. Instead of being a rectangle, the camera island is an inverted convex pentagon. The remainder of the panel is still plastic, but the shape alludes to Lamborghini's angular lines. Underneath the protective panel, the carbon design and the two-tone green or yellow colors are only stickers.

The HyperOS interface of this limited edition will include a unique Lamborghini Squadra Corse theme in terms of software. In recent reports, it is assumed that the Essenza SCV12, a track-only hypercar with a V12 engine which is featured in publicity photos, is also included in the theme. With a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip on the software side, it is a real flagship in terms of sheer power. There is only one version available, and it comes with 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage and 24GB of LPDDR5X RAM. Along with a 5,000mAh battery, the phone supports 120W fast wired charging.

The Redmi K70 Pro Lamborghini Edition has a 6.67-inch 2K OLED screen with a refresh rate of 120Hz for its display. In addition, the screen supports Dolby Vision and has a maximum brightness of 4000 nits.

It is said that the smartphone would have a 12-megapixel ultrawide angle lens for optics and a 50-megapixel primary camera with OIS. Moreover, the phone features a 16-megapixel selfie camera and a 50-megapixel telephoto sensor with 2x zoom. Additionally, it is rumored to contain dual speakers, an IR blaster, and an in-display fingerprint reader. The phone is 8.2 mm thick and weighs about 209 grams.

As it did with the Oppo Find X Lamborghini edition five years prior, Lamborghini has previously collaborated with a smartphone manufacturer to build a phone. With the exception of RAM and storage modifications, the K70 Pro Lamborghini Edition's other characteristics are unchanged. The phone's availability and price have not yet been disclosed. It is probably going to stay exclusive to China and might cost a lot more than the standard Redmi K70 Pro edition, which is priced at 4,399 CNY (roughly PHP 35,000).
