RF Online has three(3) login types to choose from: Play ID Login, Facebook Login, and Google ID Login. Please be informed that the three login types are different with each other even if you use the same e-mail for all. If you choose one, you need to use it all the way through RF Launcher Login and Playmall for Top-up.
PLAY ID LOGIN
Account Creation
• Go to the site: http://www.playpark.com/en-ph and click the “Sign Up” button.
• You can choose to Sign Up using your Mobile Number or Email Address.
Mobile Number
• If you want to sign up using your Mobile Number, click on the “Using your Mobile Number” button with the phone icon:
• Enter your mobile number and desired password then click the “Next” button.
• Enter the OTP code that you will receive on your mobile number then click the “Confirm” button.
• After you enter the correct OTP code, you will receive a notification that you have successfully registered your PlayID and you may click on the “Log in to PlayID” button to login your account.
Email Address
• If you want to sign up using your Email Address, click on the “Using your Email Address” button with the envelope icon:
• Enter your email address and desired password then tick the “I’m not a robot” checkbox and click the “Next” button.
• Before proceeding to the final part of account creation, you need to verify your PlayID from the email address you have used for creating the account.
• Check your email for your email verification and click on the “Click to claim this” button.
• Another page will open and you will receive a notification that you have successfully registered your PlayID and you may click on the “Log in to PlayID” button to login your account.
RF Launcher Login
• To login using Play ID in the Launcher, enter your mobile or e-mail address and your password at the right side of the launcher then click the “Log in” button.
Playmall Top Up
• Visit https://playmall.playpark.com/login.aspx and choose “PLAY ID LOGIN”. Please be informed that the three login types are different with each other even if you have used the same e-mail for all.
• You will see your login type(PlayID) next to your mobile or e-mail address at the upper right corner of the screen.
• Choose the type of currency you wish to use and click Confirm. It is advisable that you use your local currency. Do note that you need to wait for 60 days before you can change your currency.
• Confirm your currency by clicking on the “Continue” button.
• To top up your PlayID account, click the Top Up button.
• Click LevelUp to continue.
• Enter the Card Code/Serial and Password and click the Top Up button.
• Once top up is successful, it will be credited to your account as PH Point (Assuming you selected PHP as your local account currency). Points purchased is valid for 365 days upon top up.
• You may now convert your Points to Rising Force Online by clicking on the game icon.
• Click on the amount you wish to convert. Double check the game and the amount you want to convert and click the Confirm button.
• A message will appear once conversion is successful. Please do note that once your points are converted to game points already, you will not be able to refund the said points.
• In game, click on the SHOP icon at the lower right corner of the screen to open the Cash Shop and you will see your Cash Points at the bottom of the window.
FACEBOOK LOGIN
Account Creation
• Go to the site: https://www.facebook.com/ and enter the required information under Sign Up then click the “Create Account” button. Open your verification email and click the link to activate your account.
RF Launcher Login
• To login using Facebook Login in the Launcher, click the “Login with Facebook ” button. Please take note that this is different from PlayID Login and Google ID Login. And if you use Facebook Login, you need to click the “Login with Facebook” button every time you login to the game.
• A new window will open and direct you to Facebook, enter your email address or phone number then click the “Log In” button and wait until you’re redirected to server select.
