Well it's because of their poor execution of their own rules, Specifically to the users who violates and use of addons in the game!
So in this article we will talk about problems and expose what addons can do. We will also talk about the penalties for users using this addons, if they will get banned or get their account suspended
The Terms of Service
Before we start we want to point out to you Ragnarok M’s very own terms of service, Specifically 1-6!
Which states the following. “use any third-party software to modify any Application”.
To those who don't know this is for users who modify the applications core data by the use of addons and other applications that can alter the games data. Example of such are modifying character models to change the base appearance of the character. This also includes other hacks that can be used to gain advantage in the game.
Then the terms of service also states the following “Your failure to comply with the restrictions and limitations listed above and elsewhere in these TOS shall result in immediate (without notice), automatic termination”. This is as clear as a day, which basically means the account will get banned or terminated immediately
So far so good right?
Well unfortunately no, as the Ragnarok M Eternal Love don't even follow their own terms of service. As they just suspend violators for 15 days
Which is pointless, because if they really want to send a message use “Permanent Ban!”
The Addon
Now that we have covered the Terms of Service, Let us now rundown and expose the addons use by the violators. However full disclosure we do not recommend or ask users to use them in fact it's the opposite, as we oppose the usage of this addons and the purpose of this is solely educational. So if you are going to ask where to download or how to use we won't explain this here

Take note this is just one of the addons that are available out there, as there are addons that can allow you to teleport, check mvp timers and even gain access to shops not yet available in the game. If you notice majority of this are in game helpers however the fact is they modify the games data.
That's why this addons are considered illegal, They also provide unfair advantage to other players not using them. Basically cheating specially if abused.

They did provide a banlist condemning users for the use of this addons however most of them only got 7~15 days of ban, Which is a joke, to the point that their community is calling out on them. Some even deleting their account in the process

So here is our advice to users, Don't use this kind of softwares in the risk of you account getting suspended and where is the fun in playing games if you will just cheat your way through it.
You are just basically tricking yourselves with no apparent goal, as for the developers of Ragnarok M. Get your shit together the community is already calling you out, what are you doing!
Send a message to hackers to suspend them, just ban them immediately, do you want your game to look like a joke?

- Journal - Item Drop Rates
- As the name suggests this addon feature lets you see the monsters drop as well as the rates of those item in the Journal
- Enhanced Item Tooltips
- Similar to the journal this displays additional information on the tooltips regarding the the drop rates, this also removes the limit of monsters displayed of which it will drop
- Enhanced Skill Tooltips
- This tool top is a modified which now displays cast time as well as the variable cast time
- Color Coded Quests
- Obtained quests are basically filtered based on main, side, guild and other quests via color making it easier to browse
- Cooking Helper
- This display all recipes including those you haven't learned for cooking
- Monster Health
- This sows the monsters exact HP as you fight it
- FPS
- Most of mobile games have frame rate locked to 30 however this addon unlocks that up to 60 fps
- This smoothens the game if your phone can support it
- AutoPot
- An addon the automatically use HP and SP potions on a given value
- Experience Calculator
- As the name suggest it calculates experience points to know which monster you could farm for more efficiency
- This also shows xp for last kill, xp per hour, and more
- Zeny Calculator
- This tracks zeny earned per hour while killing mobs
- Extended Chat
- The games max chat character is only 39 this addon extends that up to 72 characters
- Zoom
- As the name suggest this can zoom in and out of map to show more area in the game
- Fog
- This addon enables and disables fog on certain areas
- Buff Limit
- This will remove the limit on how many buffs are shown
