June 1 Update: RoS Steam Monthly Diamonds were not sent to users

Hi Survivors,

Due to the malfunction of pack sending system, some of you didn't receive the 300 diamonds from the Monthly Pass.

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience and have re-sent you 300 diamonds. Please claim them through the in-game email.

June 13 Update: RoS Steam version is removed

Hi Survivors,

There has been much speculation about the sudden removal of RoS from Steam today, we would like to clear up some of the information that has been spreading.

1. The Steam Store page has been archived and is unavailable to new survivors at this point. We are currently working with Steam to get it back up ASAP.

2. We would like to reassure survivors that if you have already purchased the game, your game data is safe and you can still continue to play the game now, without any interruption.

June 28 Update: RoS is back on steam

Hi Survivors,

Thank you for your patience and support on Rules of Survival! Now we gladly announce that ROS is back to the Steam store and you could purchase on the store page as usual.

Your concerns are also our top priorities! We will continuously perfect your gaming experience and improve the anti-cheat system with our best effort.

July 21 RoS Steam Update

1. 1As many of you have already noticed, Rules of Survival is back on Steam
2. In the past, we enabled family sharing for players' convenience, but found that this function was abused by some people, which against out intention and also undermines the fairness of the game. After the discussion with Steam, we decided to disable this function currently. Thanks for all your understanding.
3. We are also working with Steam on implementing VAC (Valve Anti-Cheat) to assist in preventing cheating on Steam. We will update you as soon as there is new information regarding this and we will continue to implement the in-house measures below.

Rules of Survival Steam In-Game problems and issues, Users are not receiving diamonds.

Some users have experienced not receiving Diamonds after purchase. We are currently investigating what is causing the issue, however there is a record of it recorded on our system once payment is made, nothing is lost.

Current and only fix as recommended by the developers for PC users

The issue may be fixed by tapping to scan the payment again with your mobile phone but Do Not Pay Again. Then cancel out. This may help to refresh the system. If the issue persists, please send an e-mail to [email protected] and include your in-game name/ID, Server, along with any relevant information about your payment.
