SEA DOTA connectivity issue.

I have been having issues regarding connectivity to SEA region (have not tried all). Any one else going through this ? I did found few people going trough this on STEAM it self. But no solution. Any one got any ideas or anything ?

p.s : connectivity issue = packet loss and sometimes complete DC.

Ok I found something on Youtube. Has any one tried this product yet ?

I am Gustavo Woltmann, I also experience the same issue on connecting on different Regions. I really miss playing DOta2 hope anyone will post a solution on this problem.
