Shikihime Project of Appirits and BLACK STELLA Iи:FernØ of CyberStep is Slated for a 2022 release

There are two mobile games from the developers Appirits and Cyberstep to look forward to in 2022.


Appirits announced a new smartphone mobile game that is expected to be released in 2022. It's for the celebration of the tenth anniversary of their Shikihime series. The upcoming mobile game is currently known as the Shikihime Project.

Currently, only a teaser site and an official Twitter account was officially opened on September 8. Details regarding the game have yet to be revealed.

Next is Black Stella that was first announced in March 2019 by Fuji Games. However, the game was shut down in September of the same year. Now, Black Stella is rebooted by CyberStep with the help of ScopeNext, the mobile project is now known under a new name, BLACK STELLA Iи:FernØ. A teaser site and an official Twitter account was opened. BLACK STELLA Iи:FernØ is expected to be released in spring of 2022.


In 1999, a series of mysterious explosions wiped out half of the population of Tokyo. A gigantic crater suddenly appears with unidentified monsters swallowing the entire Minato ward. And because of this, Tokyo has been isolated by Japan and the rest of the world.


New Features
The original Black Stella featured turn-based command battles with 2D characters. But now in the rebooted Black Stella, the multiplayer real-time battle has been renewed to suit the game’s worldview. The character features 3D graphics based on character design by Illustrator Oguchi.
