Silent Hill 2 remake has been announced to launch on October 8 this year

Publisher Konami and developer Bloober Team recently announced that the remake of the survival horror game Silent Hill 2 is set to launch on October 8 of this year. it will be available in both Standard and Deluxe Digital Edition.

The Silent Hill 2 remake will go live on October 8 for $69.99 (PHP 4,119) for the PlayStation 5 and PC through Steam, as per the announcement of Konami and Bloober Team. The game is now accepting pre-orders which will also inlcude the Robbie the Rabbit mask (available only on the PlayStation 5) and Mira the Dog mask for James, the main character.

A Digital Deluxe Edition, which comes with a digital art book, digital music, and a Pyramid Head mask (pizza box) for James, will be offered in addition to the standard edition for $79.99 (PHP 4,707). On October 6, players who pre-order the Digital Deluxe Edition will get 48 hours of early access to the game.
