One of Asia’s massive FPS game that garnered billions of players in over 80 countries around the world will finally land its movie adaptation as Sony Pictures and South Korean developer Smilegate is now on board for the planning of the big-screen debut of the game “Crossfire”.
Launched on the 2007 for PC gaming, Crossfire will be co-finance and co-produce by Tencent Pictures and will be produced by the Original Film label of Neal H. Moritz who is also the company behind Fast and Furious movie series and the upcoming Sonic the Hedgehog film. Crossfire become one of the popular games in Asia region with its fun and exciting game modes that will test the mettle of two mercenary corporation namely the Black Risk and Global Risk in all out gun action.
There are no news yet as to when will the movie will be release but as of press time, Crossfire continue to expand with its fresh updates including brand new Playmap event “Armed Invasion” that rewards players with cool weapons from M4A1 - S Sakura to Kukri-Tiger. New map for Zombie mode called Cube Piece has also been released for players to enjoy along the introduction of new player DX-Puma and the 2020 Valentine Lotto.
