Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin will be releasing in several devices on March 18, 2022

Publisher Square Enix and developer Team Ninja announced that Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin will be launching on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and PC via Epic Games Store. The game is set to be released on March 18, 2022. The second trial version of the game is now available for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series until October 11.

The second trial version comprises the contents of the first trial version from June 2021 as well as the new playable area and multiplayers functions.


Digital pre-orders of the game are now available for $59.99 for Standard Edition and $89.99 for Digital Deluxe Edition. The Digital Deluxe edition has Season Pass (with additional missions “Trials of the Dragon King,” “Wanderer of the Rift,” and “Different Future”), digital art book, and a digital mini soundtrack.

Pre-orders of either edition gives players 72-hour early access to the game that will start on March 15. Aside from that, Braveheart weapons and the Lustrous Shield are also included. PS4 users will also be getting an exclusive theme.


Digital purchases on PlayStation and Xbox platforms are cross-buy, meaning they both include the PS5 and PS4 versions, and Xbox Series and Xbox One versions.
