Sword of Convallaria: For This World of Peace is a Strategy RPG that will launch this Fall with pre-registrations now open

This coming Fall, XD Games will be releasing its tactical fantasy RPG Sword of Convallaria: For This World of Peace. The game will be released for iOS, Android, and PC via Steam. The launch date was revealed through the newly released trailer that offers a glimpse into the game’s setting, characters, and its turn-based combat system.

Currently, the game is now available for pre-registration through its official website, Apple App Store, and Google Play Store. For PC players, they can now add the game to their Steam wishlist. The developers have also confirmed that there will be console versions for the game, like PlayStation and Nintendo Switch. However, no release date has been revealed so far. The ancient continent of Rodinia is home to a beautiful country known as Iria.
This small nation is renowned for its abundant resources of Luxite, precious minerals

between religious and ethnic groups have all contributed to Iria's unfortunate fate.

In an interview with Matsuno and Lei Guo, the developer of Sword of Convallaria, Guo shared that the game was made out of his love for the genre and retro-style pixel art. It was also revealed that the game already features 300 maps and 1,000 stages with multiple endings that can be unlocked depending on the choices that the players make.

Add to that, dramatic moments in history are also incorporated in the game’s story to add more depth into it. For the title, “Sword of Convallaria” was chosen for it symbolizes the beauty and transience of peace as well as the weapons wielded to protect it.
