Team Secret announces a major departure from its organization.
Jayvee "DubsteP" Paguirigan leaves Team Secret after being with the team since 2021. Aside from him, the Singaporean VALORANT player, Lionel Lim "lenne" You Xiang, has also said goodbyes to the organization.
DubsteP is known as one of the most influential players in the Philippine VALORANT community due to his explosive duelist plays that really took the Filipino community by a storm. He’s also the main reason why Team Secret got to its first VALORANT Champions run back in 2021. The team exceeded everyone’s expectation by finishing at 5th-8th that time.
With his amazing plays, DubsteP was even nominated for the 'Best Jett of the Year' award. Sadly, the team lost their momentum and was not able to reach the world stage in the following years.
