The act of throwing are accidentally done by many including myself, it could be when you and your team goes for baron and end up getting aced by the enemy team, or you and your team went to siege mid and your back line gets flanked by their master yi. There are many examples of this, but Butre are many instances where can comeback from your throw and there are also some things you could do to increase your chances of coming back. Here are 3 things I use to maybe do a comeback:
1.Awareness/Map awareness
-Looking around and at your map is one of the best ways to ensure that you could come back. Looking allows you to see the enemy teams positioning and predict their next move, meaning you could adjust to their movement if they are grouping at mid it maybe a good idea to flank especially when you are an assassin. It all depends on the situation.
2. Farm
-This maybe obvious but It's the most important but alot of players spend their time doing nothing instead of farming. Farming allows you to catch up to the enemy team on gold and items, it is important to catch up especially when you are behind
3. Shotcalling/making calls to your team
-Shotcalling is when you say the things to do, for example you just aced the enemy team and you see a large wave going for their mid turret but your team starts going to baron you could shotcall/ping and tell your team to siege mid instead because you could destroy the mid inhib turret(this is situational).
To be honest I dont do this a lot but one ping could lead your team to the right path.
If you want to see somewhat of an example of these ways on a game here is a video I made.(This is not a full gameplay, it shows where I got my lead, when I threw my lead, and what I did to get it back). And if you like the video and want to see more videos like it you could subscribe you can always unsub later.
