Through the image that Ubisoft shared, the protagonist assassin is Basim, who was introduced through Assassin’s Creed Valhalla in 2020. As seen in the image, Basim is leaping through an archway of Baghdad with the Palace of the Golden Gate in the background. Mirage is set in the late 9th century of the Abbasid Caliphate.
