RoS Anti Cheat Update! Device Ban
- If you noticed the recent RoS patch is quite large
- well it's because Rules of Survival updated their anti cheat system which will now officially ban devices
- The device ban will take effect this December 10 onwards
- and players found on a device belonging to the device used for hacking will no longer be able to login into the game
- The devs didn't mention if the device ban will be implemented in the PC
- as you all know where most of the cheater and hackers are
- The team also mentioned that they are still perfecting the mechanism so expect false positives
- meaning you could still be banned even if you don't cheat
- Over the past week the RoS devs have found hackers to be using a modified NPK file to allow them to take unfair advantages within Rules of Survival
- This includes no-recoil, high scope, faster parachute, and many more
- with this the team reinforced their NPK File to prevent modifications which will not detect illegal files
- The RoS devs are also testing an AI Image Recognition System to automatically identify cheating by analyzing the imagery of players\' gameplay
- According to them this still in early stages
- This are just some of the changes the Rules of Survival team mentioned what do you think are you still experiencing hackers lets us know in the comments!

Valve Bans Kuku Officially and Safety Concerns

- In the recent events regarding TnC Kuku and Skem of complexity getting banned from Chongqing Major
- several shoutcasters announced that they are boycotting the tournament in China
- This is because they feel that Kuku was unfairly banned
- and that the main reason was the Chinese government's involvement regarding the matter
- To those who don't know TnC’s Kuku and Complexity gamings Skem are being sanctioned because of the racism slurs they have used against chinese players
- which have resulted in an outrage of the Chinese Dota community
- Also, something to note is that Kuku and TnC have already apologized multiple times however to no avail
- actually TnC even said they will donate 50% of Kuku’s and the Managers earnings on an anti racism organization
- kaso wala matigas talaga
- and to make matters worse the Chinese government asked the organizers to ban this players
- which now have resulted on several shoutcasters boycotting the event
- it was first announced by “GranDGranT” that he will refuse to cast if Kuku wasn't allowed, adding the we all make mistakes
- David “Godz” will also refuse if the ban is coming from the government and not valve
- AdmiralBulldog also said that he will not be going to any valve event in china unless the ban is lifted or dpc is removed
- this are just some of the shoutcasters boycotting the event
- But wait there's more
- because the organizers of chongqing major issued a statement in the previous day saying,
- that they could not guarantee the safety of Carlo “Kuku” Palad should he attend the tournament despite being previously banned
- then the Chongqing Major organizers also said that Kuku might not even be able to enter China or that the city government might cancel the tournament should he attend
- Basically, they are not just banning the player they are also restricting him to attend to support his team
- the statement also sounds like a threat and taunting the community even more
- So in attempt to resolve this issue
- Valve told TNC to compete in Chongqing Major with stand-in instead of Kuku
- the on a recent update
- Valve finally responded and released an statement where they officially banned TNC Predator’s Carlo “Kuku” Palad from attending the tournament
- Valve is also issuing a 20% a Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) point penalty
- currently is unknown if the ban will extend in the Ti9 but if we get more politics involved China will definitely play its cards
