Johnmar “OhMyV33nus” Villaluna and Danerie James “Wise” Del Rosario is the power duo of the Blacklist International MLBB team, who is also a real-life couple. Wise is playing as the core of the team while OhMyV33nus is the support. Villaluna is currently the most popular support user in the MLBB league due to his timely and effective shot calls while using his signature heroes as seen in his plays during tournaments. Aside from that, he is also a member of the LGBTQIA+ community. As per Del Rosario, he is well-known for his unorthodox picks and presently, a renowned pro player in the jungle role of MLBB esports.

At 21, he started his career as a professional player of the MLBB esports along with his partner. Meanwhile, Danerie James Del Rosario is a 20 years old professional player, streamer, and vlogger, just like his partner. They have been together since their early days of being like any normal player who would go to computer shops just to play, up to their journey in the pro scene. According to V33nus, they used to be rivals in League of Legends. Until such time where they decided to play together believing that with each other’s strengths and capabilities, they might form a great team. After that, they decided to move from League of Legends to Mobile Legends: Bang Bang.
Just like how other professional players started, VeeWise was also an ordinary player who would play day and night for fun. Until they realized that they are capable and skilled enough to compete in tournaments. They started competing together in Barangay tournaments, where they bagged multiple championships. After joining tournaments, they finally decided to join the professional league. After months and months of trying, luckily, they were able to join ONIC Philippines, formerly known as Dream High Gaming. They joined during MPL Philippines Season 4 where they qualified for grand finals against the team Sunsparks. It was a devastating match for ONIC Philippines as they almost won the game, but unfortunately, Sunsparks was able to make a comeback and won the championship title.
The duo did not let the defeat get to them and was back again on their feet for the MPL Philippines Season 5 which was against Sunspark at the grand finals for the second time. Sadly, they weren’t hailed as victors at that time. They qualified again for season 6, the same team, however, they were not able to qualify for the grand finals.
The inseparable power duo departed from ONIC Philippines and decided to join Blacklist International for MPL PH season 7. In a Facebook post on the official page of Blacklist International, the team said, “It’s official. Like legit. MPL’s power duo V33Wise is now part of the Blacklist International roster.” They added, “Ohmyv33nnus and Wise wanted to join us because they believe in what Blacklist International can do as an esports organization. Similarly, we believe that they can take our pro team to the next level.” V33Wise played a massive role in ONIC’s back-to-back runner-up finishes against Sunspark in MPL Philippines Season 4 and 5. And with that, their addition to Blacklist International is looking for improvement in the quarter-final finish.
Season 7 started smoothly for Blacklist International. Despite having new members and a new environment, they appeared to have good chemistry when playing, which proved vital for the team as they did a great job the entire season. After winning and losing, they made it to the grand finals where they fought against Execration. After the best-of-seven match, Blacklist International and the V33Wise tandem finally won their first championship.
Both Blacklist International and Execration qualified for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Southeast Asia Cup 2021 and they represented the Philippines. Blacklist International and Execration fought for the championship, which is already a sure win for the Philippines. Unfortunately for Blacklist, Execration won. As per the team’s determination, Blacklist International bounced back and secured the Season 8 championship. They were the first champions in the inaugural franchise league season as well as the second back-to-back champion team in the MPL Philippines history.
The momentum of Blacklist International continued as they became the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang M3 World Champions. After winning the M3 World Championship, the duo decided to take a break from MPL Philippines Season 9. Although they’re in a hiatus, the duo joined Team Sibol to represent the Philippines at the 2021 Southeast Asian Sports Festival which was held in Hanoi, Vietnam from 12 to 23 May 2022. It was another gold for Team Sibol and another achievement for the power duo. However, Blacklist International, without V33Wise, has been eliminated from playoff contention in the Mobile Legends Professional League (MPL) Philippines Season 9 after a 2-0 defeat at the hands of Omega Esports (OMG) on Saturday (9 April). It was disappointing for the World Champs, nevertheless, they still had a good fight.
After skipping the MPL Philippines season 9, the most-awaited comeback of the power duo did not disappoint and reclaimed the championship crown in MPL PH season 10 once again. It was a great comeback for the team.
