The kids kept on playing even if the owner, Niko Samson, told them that they would move the computers upstairs for safety.

“Yung lugar kasi namin mabilis talaga tumaas yung baha dahil sobrang baba lang. Eh yung ulan nun sobrang lakas napapagitnaan ng ilog namin na galing Marikina at Antipolo,” Samson explained as to why his shop was flooded.

Niko Samson clarified that they did not tolerate the kids' stubbornness to continue playing. Rather, they immediately shut off all the computers once they discovered that several kids were still playing despite the flood in the shop.

He further assured all the concerned netizens that all the kids seen in the video are safe and sound.
