A new season of the mobile game Rocket League Sideswipe is about to launch, while Rocket League's new Neon Nights event, which features music from rapper Cochise, is now taking place.
New goods, the return of Ranked 3v3 matches, and significant improvements to Rocket Pass and Ranked Seasons are all part of Rocket League Season 7.
Rocket League Season 7, which was supposed to begin today, has been postponed; a new release date will be revealed soon.
Rocket Pass changes
Rocket League Sideswipe will alter how players level up beginning in Season 7. Progress on the Rocket Pass won't now reverse between seasons. Instead, when you level up, you'll acquire new kinds of Rocket Pass Presents that give out in-game money and old Rocket Pass items.
Boost, Decal, Explosion, Topper, Wheel, Vanity (Pulls from Banners, Avatars, Quick Chats Stickers, and Titles), SP, and Tokens are some of the present types available with the Rocket Pass.
Season Presents can be bought at the new Token Shop with tokens, a new currency earned by levelling up your Rocket Pass and completing Weekly Challenges.
New Badge Borders that showcase your professional advancement on the Rocket Pass Tab are awarded to you as you level up in Rocket Pass. You may now keep track of your prizes with the new Collection Tab.
Rocket League Sideswipe seasons will be eight weeks long starting with Season 7. Because of this, ranks will now start over at the tier they were at at the end of the previous season.
The Sky Blue Quartz Goal Explosion, the Orange Halo Topper, and the MG-88 Octane Decal are just a few of the new products that have been added to the Item Shop during the first week of Season 7.
Season 7 also sees the return of ranked 3v3 matches with two teams of six players battling it out in flying rocket-powered cars. To accommodate the larger teams, ranked 3v3 matches take place in the Longfield Arena.
