Publisher Arc Games and developer Heart Machine have announced that the roguelite action game Hyper Light Breaker will be available on PC via Steam in Early Access this summer.
Numerous playable characters, unique combat and ranged weapon loadouts, and additional rewards and upgrades that can be extracted and carried over from run to run are all features of Hyper Light Breaker. Every biome is made up of both manually created and randomly generated features, and can be explored by alternating between walking normally and employing parkour tools like gliders and hoverboards.
About the Game
The following is an overview of the game via Arc Games:The events of Hyper Light Breaker take place decades before those of Drifter. While Breaker is a 3D rogue-lite open world game with potential co-op, Drifter was a top-down, single-player action game at first. The Abyss King is an enemy that players take control of as Breakers, mercenaries dispatched on missions through the procedurally created Overgrowth. They must kill bosses known as Crowns in order to accomplish this, and Crowns can only be unlocked by defeating strong Elite monsters.
