Streamer Amara Ui tagged Tier One Entertainment and Blacklist international co-founder Tryke Gutierrez on her Facebook page.
Although the reason for Amara tagging Tryke in her Facebook post is unclear, it may be related to the same issue that led her to tag Tier One Entertainment nine months ago. Back then, she called out the company for allegedly not paying for the work she has done.
However, several hours after Amara’s tagged post, Tier One Entertainment posted a lengthy statement of their own through their official Facebook page, ending their 8-month-long period of being silent.
Through their post, it appears that the reason Tryke Gutierrez was tagged by Amara was due to the unpaid talent fees they owed to their content creators and streamers. They have issued another statement to "provide better context" to the issue.
However, Amara was clearly not happy with what Tier One Entertainment had said in their statement, prompting her to post a lengthy one of her own.
Additionally, well-known cosplayer, streamer, and content creator Myrtle Sarrosa has also spoken about the fees that have yet to be paid, even though they have already delivered the work that was asked from them.
On the other hand, Tryke Gutierrez has officially broken his silence after not posting anything since October 24, 2025. Last August 21, Tryke posted a pic from an MLBB event and captioned it with, “Panahon na para itama yung mga mali.” (It is time to make things right.)
To support his previous statement, Tryke has just posted a statement of his own, addressing the people who ask for accountability with the issues that he and Tier One Entertainment are currently facing.
