Patch Notes 1.4.72 [Advanced Server] 04/23/20
I. New Hero
1. Hero [Black Fierce Dragon] - Chong is coming to the Advanced Server as a free hero (Limited). Unavailable for purchasing. Note: You may not be able to complete Mastery Code tasks for the hero on the Advanced Server.
Hero feature: A mighty warrior that can transform into the Black Dragon and dominate the battlefield.
Skill 1 - [Dragon Tail]:
Chong infuses his power into his cloak and turns it into a weapon. After a short delay, the cloak starts to attack nearby enemies. Its sharpened edge deals more physical damage than the center area.
Skill 2 - [Soul Grip]:
Chong unleashes the Dragon Soul, dealing physical damage to all enemies in front and slowing them. Chong can drag enemies hit by the Dragon Soul towards himself through his movement. Upon contact with Chong, enemies will be stunned and slightly knocked back.
Skill 3 - [Furious Dive]:
Chong leaps towards the designated location with his full strength and deals damage. After a short delay, enemies caught in the area of effect will be knocked airborne and take additional physical damage.
Ultimate - [Black Dragon Form]:
Chong transforms into Black Dragon form and starts charging. While he's in the Black Dragon Form, he ignores terrain and enemy attacks, and knocks back enemies on the path. When Chong returns to his human form, the remaining influence of the Black Dragon improves the range of all Chong's skills.
Passive - [Cursing Touch]:
Chong applies Sha Essence to the target every time he does damage. Upon reaching certain number of stacks, Sha Essences erupt, dealing physical damage based on the target HP lost periodically until all Sha Essences are consumed. Chong gains movement speed when there are enemy heroes affected by Sha Essence around him. If an enemy hero with Sha Essence died, Chong fully absorbs the Sha Essences and restores his HP.
II. Weekly Free Heroes & New Skins
1. Harith's Skin "EVOS Legends" will be available for Diamond 899. 30% Diamonds OFF from April 22 to May 22 (Server Time).
2. Hero "Harith", Skin "EVOS Legends", M1 Champion emote "Growl!", "M1 Champion Avatar Border", "M1 Champion Recalling Effect", "M1 Champion Spawning Effect". "M1 Champion Elimination Effect" will be in a bundle and available for purchase. 30% Diamonds OFF from April 22 to May 22 (Server Time).
3. Kaja's Skin "Horror Whiplash" will be available on April 27 (Server Time). Diamond 599. Launch week 30% Diamonds OFF.

1. Fixed the issue that sometimes live stream is unavailable due to streamer's battle time being a negative number.
2. Optimized sound effects and music volume performance.
3. MCL Gifting feature is now available for live streams: Audience can send diamond gifts to your favorite players during MCL stream. Players will receive Diamonds bonus.

Ill. Hero Adjustments
Yi Sun-shin
- HP Growth reduced by 10 at all levels.
- Heavenly Vow: Reduced the damage of the enhanced Basic Attacks to 160% and 110%. Both attacks are counted as critical attack now. Attack Speed slightly increased. Movement Speed of the turtle ship changed from a fixed speed at 40% to 60% at first and decays rapidly in the next 6s.
- One-wave Sweep: This skill does not provide damage reduction and control immunity anymore. New effect: HP Regen upon enemy hero hit.
- Blood Floods: This skill does not regen HP anymore. Damage slightly reduced.
- Mountain Shocker: Mana Cost adjusted from 170-230 to 150-250.
- Optimized the recommended build.
Luo Yi
- Lifesteal percentage increased for passive and skill 1, from 0.3 to 0.5.
- Duality: Shield triggering condition changed back to applying marks to a mark bearer. Stack cap changed back to 3. Total Magic Power bonus increased from 90% to 120%.
- Rotation: CD adjusted from 15-10 to 12s at all levels.
- Diversion: Max range increased by 5 at all levels.
